When not working with her clients, Michelle enjoys adventure! On any given weekend you might find her learning to ride a motorcycle or fly an airplane or going to local events and concerts with her husband and friends.

Michelle is also deeply committed to her family and has overcome personal struggles to include surviving breast cancer and caring for her disabled twin daughter who suffers many complications from a traumatic brain injury. Admirably, Michelle continued working through most all of her personal battles with cancer. Today Michelle is a huge advocate of breast cancer support and is actively involved with Brain Injury Services, an organization that helps children and adults with brain injuries build the skills and confidence they need to lead a fulfilling and productive life.
